Return Policy

All custom orders require a 100% non-refundable deposit and are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Selected regular priced, in stock products will be considered for return within 30 days of purchase. Any product accepted for return must be in original and unused condition (item and packaging) accompanied by the original invoice.

Returns will be credited using the original method of payment. In-stock products or orders accepted for return or cancellation may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges on the following – all sale items, special orders, custom orders, installed items, and altered items.

Care of Finishes

Regular cleaning with warm soapy water should be sufficient to keep any finish in its original condition for a long period. Extra cleaning for certain finishes can be carried out in the following manner…

Polished and Lacquered Finishes: 

Good quality wax polish, particularly on externally fitted items, applied at least once every two weeks.

It should be noted that the life of a lacquer coating is limited and will eventually break down. Adverse conditions (industrial pollution, sea air, acid rain, etc.) or repeated continual handling may cause the coating to deteriorate prematurely. Thus, the life of a lacquer coating is beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.

RBA/Plated/Anodized Finishes: 

An occasional wipe over with a cloth dampened with good light oil or lanolin is recommended.

Stock & Custom Orders

Due to the fact that most items are custom made, we do not carry a large stock. The usual wait time is approximately 10 – 14 days. You can place an order by coming into the showroom or giving us a call. We have to have at least 50% deposite in order to place the order. You will be contacted by phone when your order arrives.

Shipping & Pickup

When the order has arrived it can be picked up at our showroom. If the customer is unable to come in it can be sent via courrier at the customers expense. If the customer is sending their own courrier we ask that they give us a call before hand to insure that we have the order ready to go. We can not send out the order without full payment.
